Created root index page for ArmA 2 PMC Addons, Mods, Missions and Campaigns Manuals after getting all those pages moved from the now obsolete dokuwiki manual website.

Visit PMC ArmA 2 Manual Home page.

Same as ArmA 1, its highly unlikely further updates will be needed for ArmA 2 addons documentation pages, but let me know if there is anything that needs fixing or new pages added.

Now in 2024 when we are playing ArmA 3 its kind of trip down the memory lane checking out all those old docs pages ;)
