Re: uk aerial photographs
These are compared to them I found on Denmark
available in many more levels of zoom.
Moveing is difficult and you have to use alternative copy procedures as pix are protected ( NO SAVE AS..) And I didn't check it very much (yet) for degree of coverage!
One thing struck me. The terrain in Britain appear different again. There are apparently some national differences on parcelling the landareas. Some other differences are attributable to time of year and day.

Re: uk aerial photographs
Hope you gys are putting Benson airbase in th UK on the map.
I live not far from the end of the runway and would like to drop a few bombs on it in exchange for the night ops they are flying in their Merlin helicopters at the moment
Or better yet I wonder if I can get a de-activated SA2 for my back garden - just to give them something to look at on final approach.

Re: uk aerial photographs
Hi Guys
That is so cool.
The NoName place if it is a town is Wallingford. I haven't got the theatre down yet (too much other stuff to play with at the moment).
BTW - I have my house marked on the photo I saved from that web site if anyone wants to add an easter egg

Re: uk aerial photographs
SOunds good - I want "Codec Airbase", I image there will probably be:
"Washout Brewery" and
"The Cooler Arms"
also "Widowmakers Pet shop",
"Snakemans Auto Tune-up" and
"Crossup's motorcycle emporium",
"Erazors graphic shop"
"King George Missile Silo"
Thats probably a good start - any more?
Julian.
