hello snake! been thinking about converting Windchaser map from FS19 but its like... meh so i decided to search where the map is approximately located and decided that i wanted to make a new map this is the exact location i want the center of the map to be: https://www.google.com.ar/maps/place/10 ... 11g624dc0b
i want it to be a 6km map and with the best source files possible, if the DEM can be 1m great, if it cant, well i will use the traditional 10 meter DEM

You convert images and port software / game addons / mods. Most people in farming simulator community have that terminology mixed, makes no sense to "convert terrain", its not an image you convert or person you convert from one religion to another hehe, images are converted, software / addons are not.

Your link is .ar/ with all the personal login ID indentification code attached to it, a basic international .com/ without excess code does just fine as we have done it for years, like this:

hey snake! yeah youre right you dont "convert" maps but its a standard terminology used by the community to say "port" the map from one game to another, yeah its .ar because im in argentina lol, thanks for telling that to me
yeah that location would be ok!

Unfortunately there was no better heightmap resolution than US NED 10m.
