Hmm looking at global mapper view it shows altitude legend between 325m and 365, that is only 40m so if you are referring the image being such a plain same color shade... I think its correct like that. If you see some other bug please be specific?

A I wasn't paying attention to that, I though it'd be a lil darker especially with the ditches but I can dig those further down if anything. I still start to color it in tonight I still think my red is wrong though a lot dimmer then yours when you are making the cultivator density I can do it in photoshop with that shade of red.

Did you read through GIMP Paint cultivator_density Image page?

Also make sure your GIMP change foreground color palette dialog is setup correctly:

Your image is indexed color, I always use RGB. Also unrelated but resolution is 10244 x 10244, that is very odd, did you mean 10.2km terrain for 1m/px scale, then it should be 10240 x 10240 pixel resolution image.

Dunno if it means anything but your "force" is 50 and grayed out, mine is not grayed out and 100.

The size is totally not intentional, I just left that exporting from global mapper at the defaults I think. I'll try going over the other settings. This map will set to be a 4x. I do have plans for a few other maps being 16x or larger. I think I saw one that was 16km-16km that I liked the size of.

Edit 1: Yep the indexed was the issue, I just remembered after reading that I had that issue with photoshop on another game.

That EX thing is nonsense, Use Actual Size (terrains).

Ah gotcha I live working on 16km maps so mostly 16x16km. This one I may hold of on a little as some of it is hard to see whats actually field.
