hey snake how are you? would you get me some data of a place? i want to make a 10 km map, its near finley, north dakota, these are the exact coordinates of the center:

latitude: 47 23 10 North
longitude: 98 03 14 west

As we talked about earlier I wanted to finish PMC Minnesota Lowry 8km first and then I'll do those ... what other terrain was it that you requested data for. Now you want to do yet another terrain, hmm heh.

I mean sure I can do the data for you, but are we going to finish lowry first or will you stop helping there?

Of course I will help you finish Lowry as promised, I have to send you the trees file and the farms file too, then I think the map is mostly finished, it will only lack the power poles and the shop,but I think that your method is easier than mine

Also forgot to say: THE PMC MAP IS A PRIORITY ON THE LIST, In difference of all the other maps, that I can finish whenever I want but I don’t have a lot of time to do mapping so im sorry if the development is taking a lot of time, I will try to finish it as fast as I can from now on

this is a google/maps link: Goto google/maps, select terrain layer (not so important but thats what we do), browse to the location you want, make sure no city search name is active as those make the link longer, then just copy-paste the browser link and thats it, you get google/maps link.

And you want it as 10.2km x 10.2km?

Here is USA North Dakota Finley 10km Design 1.



X marks the dead center spot of the terrain for reference. How does that design grid look for you, does it need to be moved in any direction?

I left global mapper and all the tools & temp text files open so this is work in progress, once you get shifting instructions or give thumbs up for go-ahead to proceed as is, I'll then continue.
