I think PMC TEAM should make a preview of WRPTOOL 1.0. We know it was presented at the MAPFACT II, but we dont have any idea of what are the new options of this MUST HAVE tool...

I see no reason for preview, the real v1.0 release is what I'm focusing on.

Ditto on that, will it be ArmA compatible?

Also, will there be a way to put old maps into the new wrp?

As it stands now, I am finally coming to a point on my island that it is close to "beta" but with ArmA coming I hoped to just transfer it over to that instead of starting over.

Yes. Altough the leak and feedback from it aint really boosting the morale here. Makes you wonder whats the point of working for something and then get shit thrown at your face.
will it be ArmA compatible?
ArmA will read wrp files so yes, WrpTool is ArmA compatible.

Thanks for the response. I'm looking forward to the future work. I've really enjoyed using the WRPtool the last year or so. I never thought I could actually build a island until this puppy fell in our laps. Every time I think I am getting stuck I just look harder and read more and learn something new from the manual and the tool.

Thanks for your hard work. This player appreciates all the effort ;D

What shit and what feedback ?

If you're really fishing for some positive feedback ........... you know what you can do.

Ouch! Play nice Gnat :P.....

I've been really enjoying making new places to see, and am glad to hear that it will be able to be used for ArmA. Will it, WrpTool, be made as another upgrade, or will it be a separate installed program?

will you be able to place objects in WRPTool above the ground?

A bit strange topic for this question but anyways... yes you can, use Object Inspector, untick the fit to ground and set a Y value. If you have any more such questions, please open new topic or search for old existing one.
