Previewing island ingame

I'm having no luck previewing my island ingame, i followed the instructions in the manual but theres still nothing in OFP. I tried putting the example WRP's with config's in game, but still nothing...
Is there somewhere you have to put the config?
Is the content in the examples enough to get an island ingame?
I would appreciate step by step instructions please!

would you like to have a plain island for practice i have a few basic BIG islands i can send to you let me know here, i made them plain so i can make many different islands without having to go though the whole process over and over again

Im alright. Ive sorted it now... I reinstalled everything and it works now..cheers anyway!
I'll be back soon with another ridiculously simple problem!
