Adding Unknown Objects To WRP-Tool

Im not sure if this has been covered before, but I was wondering if there was anyway of adding objects that WRP does not recognise?

what im trying to say is that I am trying to get the MAP Fact buildings into my map, this could go for any object, because some objects, add-ons are not supported in WRP tool, only Edit, is there anyway of still loading the objects up? Or does the actual add-on, have to be compatible with WRP tool?

if so is there another solution to this? Or is the only solution to contact the add-on maker its self?

You can place every human known OFP p3d object with WrpTool.

Having said that, there are some AGS industrial/port pack p3d's for example which cannot be read by WrpTool v0.950 so that their real p3d models are shown. BUT YOU STILL CAN PLACE THESE OBJECTS NORMALLY. Ok?

Read the manual about the "Real p3d object" stuff so you understand what I mean by that.

One more time, you can place all objects you need with WrpTool. Just unpack the wanted addon pbo to the data path, open Object Browser and click "Add New" to choose new objects. Easy.

i have un pbo "ed" the PBO, placed the folder in my island directory C:/Bis when i click add new the folder is not displayed, i will have a nouther run through of your very easy and simple tut, and see if there was anything i missed..

Remember to restart your wrptool when you have addet new files
