Can we have NVA soldiers with pith helemts?

Well I remember had British Troops in boonie hats only, but when me and STALKERGB decided it was time for a change we made it happen. Now we have in the Arma community British troops with helmets. I spoke to Snakeman about adding pith helmets on the NVA troops and he said he will contact the guy who made the pith helmet. I hadn't heard anything since. Maybe XMAS present???

NeF was the modeler for the pith helmet I mentioned. Honestly I cant recall what was the last "verdict" on this issue, but I recall that one version of the helmet was way too detailed. Of course its no problem because we can reduce the polys in Modo, but still it wasn't just copy and paste in job.

NeF, are you around? Whats the latest on pith helmet?

Hiyas, been a long time since I opened modo or o2. If I remember well, the helmet was completely destroyed when using "lower polys" tool on modo.. So you have the last version of it snake. It's not a big loss as I had to freestyle on the shape/color of the helmet, had only a few pics showing different types of helmets (some for parade, some for combat, some with flat tops, and heaps of different camo's) Was a bit lost
