WOOOOW!! EXCELLENT!!
All 128 theater needs correct PAK map! and 256 theater?

say, 32x theater Panama needs "larger PAK map" to fit the menu window.. is it doable?

Very nice!
Can you make a tutorial Sherlock. PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE.
I hate such a childish imploring, but cant help myself, sorry.

I need to do PAK update for EU mod and can not wait for final state (as you said - "when everything finished, send it to me").

Luk you know about our PAK tutorial in the wiki already?

My point was that the occupation map saving and PAK image creation in tacedit v2.48 doesn't work for me. I remember back in the old days when it worked, but I don't know at which point it stopped working. Surely Codec could easily fix this, but unfortunately hes not around anymore.

In fact, I just checked... PAK map viewing doesn't work even for 64 segment default korea theater either. Strange :o

Guys,
to get this to work I had to prepare the graphics files manually. Remember the changes I made for the PAK map back in April of 2007? Here's the thread: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=21039&p=172842&hil ... AK#p172842

It's a very tedious process to prepare the files because you are working with a .raw file and you have to change the different areas to one shade of gray at a time.

Well, once you have the files prepared you are then able to create the PAK map in TacEdit.

The steps I used in TacEdit were:
1. Opened the .CAM file
2. Changed the objectives to match the team associations we decided on for Iran.
3. Created new Occupation Map for the new team associations (had to re-enter size of new map).
4. Created new PAK map.
5. Saved PAK map.
6. Saved CAM file

I'll try to get some dedicated time to relearn what I did to prepare the graphics files. It's been so long it'll be just like starting over to learn it.
