Maruk announced on BIS forums that German v1.01 patch has been released.

We found one little variable that has caused big troubles to German ARMA 2 and managed to fix also other problems.
This is beta patch but we will ensure that final patch 1.01 (to be released early next week) will install smoothly over this beta patch.
