PSD's
The Photoshop PSD's are meant for skinners - you can't do anything with them unless you have CorelDraw, Photoshop or some other graphics editor. Those are intended for others to use in other theaters "after" updating their databases to make use of the new models. Or, if someone wants to mod an existing skin in ITO.
I dont recommend that you try to use the skins in other non ITO databases, unless you know your way around F4Browse and LOD Editor. ITO models have been extensively modified both in terms of the ACDATA files, normal parents, etc - so you won't be able to just use the skin.
However, if you want to modify an existing skin in ITO - the PSD's are great for that - - just open the PSD - select the texture you want to modify and do what you want - resave the DDS image you want to replace. However, I think I pretty much covered most of the paintschemes and most of the signficant players in the IAF that participated in Six Days War, Yom Kippur War or Shlom Hagalil that can play a significant role in Falcon. There are some small things but quite honestly - they are probably not going to make an impact on the outcome of the campaign play. The beauty of ITO is that nearly all the IAF squadrons are there, at their appropriate airfields, within the reasonable limits of Falcon.
