2Byte to 4Byte Conversion Problem

I have just switched from XP to Vista and I am building terrain. Seasonswitcher continually crashes on me with a "Error 84" and mentions not being able to read "offset blocks". I re-made all my files multiple times with no success. Then I tried looking at my 4Byte theater.l2 with TerrainviewLG for 4Byte l2 files and it is not converted properly. I used lodfixer to convert from 2Byte offset to 4Byte offset. When I view the 4byte theater.l2 with normal 2byte Terrain View is displays as expected.

This is with Terrain View LG of the 4byte theater.l2

Does Lodfixer have an issue with Vista? Or has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas? I have just successfully run seasonswitcher using a 2Byte theater.l2,but I would prefer to use 4Byte.

Thanks in advance,

Epic

I figured out the problem. I had the theatermaker .ini file set for my 128seg as the 5th theater and it wasn't being recognized as 128seg and was being covnerted as a 64seg. I used the ODS 128seg setting and it worked. Its very strange because I used the theater specific setting 9months ago when I was working on it, but anyways problem solved.

Good to know. The theatermaker is like that sometimes. Lately I've noticed that the theater selection doesn't matter as long as I choose proper x,y range for some of the tools that require it, so its very confusing indeed. Anyways you got it working so that's the main thing.
