please help with perl scripts I'm desperate!

I am new to Falcon and came apon this site by accident. However I must admit my interest has been tweaked by this talk of terrain and campaign creation and development. I have never used perl scripting before and would like to know how and WHERE to run the scripts supplied . I am not running Linux I am using a win32 version of perl. I have downloaded a test map following the 10x10 rule in your tutorial and am now stuck. Please help as I would like to take this further if possible
