Hi!
I'm making my own UI, but i've a little problem!
With Perl's scripts I've extracted the main_scrn.tga file and I've put mine.
The result is a corrupted image due to the color depht, infact my UI is 24bit instead of 16b. This is my problem...I can't find a way to transform my 1024x768x24b into 1024x768x16b
I use Corel Photopaint, and PaintShop pro, but in all these programs i can transform an image into: 1bit, 4bit, 8bit 24bit, 32bit and 48bit, but not 16
16bit is possible only if greyscale!!!!
What can u tell me?
thx!

Re: UI screen
open image in PaintShopPro
goto 'save as'
select tga in the 'save type as' field.
(now hold on a bit before saving it )
now goto the 'Options' button (it is under the help button)
check 'uncompressed' and '16bit
hit ok
and save
there you go..
now don't complain on f4c anymore
