F4Patch TexMan v1.12 plugin as been added into the downloads page.

I believe you can use this tool to apply those 512 res skins...

I opened a PMC Editing Wiki: F4PTexMan page. Could someone please tell me who made this util, what it is, does and is it obsolete by now?
