Welcome to the PMC forum :)

I don't know the specs of that computer hardware, but it would be amazing if it didn't run newer than SP4.2 version. Can you be bit more specific what is the problem with your hardware (or why you only run SP4.2)?

FreeFalcon 5.5.1 has excellent support for additional cockpits and while I don't know, I suspect the F117 is covered there.

You probably don't want to hear this answer, but in that case... come on its 2010, buy a new hardware so you can enjoy the good software we have these days.

Falcon wise FF + Theaters alone are well worth the price of proper video card.

Well.. maybe you should take a look at this computer(IT ONLY CAME OUT IN MAY) i am going to contact acer to talk about its switchable graphics (it was supposed to be able to switch between intel graphics and an ATI radeon chip) by the way, here is a print screen of the cockpit folders content:C:\Users\sam leather\Documents\doc.htm you must type in the url into the browser to see it

Forget this. OF and FF are so distant in evolution tree - this is espacially true for FF - that you are not able to use any later developed stuff for SP4. SP4 is totally outdated in all aspects today.

I have to agree with Snakeman. We write the yaer 2010 currently and not 2000.

Sorry, I didn't mean any arrogant disrespect with the comment about new computer, I just honestly have no idea if that computer is brand new with weird graphics card or from 1998.

All I meant is that it would probably easier to get the hardware in check than to try to use SP4.2 when you can try the excellent current ones like FF5.5.1, OF and AF. Nobody should use SP4.2 anymore, its like trying to enjoy VHS video tapes when you got DVD's and blueray etc things.

would this be enough to run open falcon or freefalcon ? ask around if you do not know. its just its price just really makes me think its a red herring (its indicated at 399 pounds)
