Pakistan: http://lcweb2.loc.gov/frd/cs/pktoc.html

Iran: http://lcweb2.loc.gov/frd/cs/irtoc.html

Other stuff:
India-
Agence France Presse

NEW DELHI: India and Russia were expected to sign a wide-ranging military protocol on Friday, paving the way for several billion dollars worth of defence deals that could alter the strategic balance in the region.

The protocol, to be signed by visiting Russian Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov and Defence Minister George Fernandes, is also likely to steer the long-time military allies away from simple supply and acquisition towards the area of defence joint development and production.

Klebanov's four-day visit has involved intense negotiations for the lease by India of two Russian nuclear submarines and two TU-22 long-range strategic bombers, as well as the purchase of the aircraft carrier, Admiral Gorshkov.
=======
Sources said India should receive the first batch of four multi-role SU-30MKI jets from Moscow by June.

"Before this year ends, the IAF [Indian Air Force] will have 10 SU-30MKIs in its inventory. The two sides are also considering the initial blueprint for the joint production of a fifth-generation combat aircraft," said one.

The SU-30MKI air-superiority fighter, capable of undertaking both strike and air defence missions, is expected to form the IAF backbone for the next two decades, with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd also subsequently taking up indigenous licensed production of the jets.

While the first lot of the T-90S tanks, equipped with night-fighting capabilities and protected by "explosive reactive armor", has already arrived in India, New Delhi wants the delivery schedule to be further speeded up. Apart from the proposed leasing of the TU-22 long-range strategic bombers and nuclear submarines, the two countries are also engaged in hard bargaining over the sale of aircraft carrier Admiral Gorshkov, as also the supply of MiG-29K fighters and anti-submarine Kamov helicopters to arm the carrier, in a package deal.

They are also in the process of finalizing deals for three Amur-1650 class submarines, SMERCH multi-barrel rocket systems and Mi-17 helicopters, among others.

DOH!

You're right. I'll actually probably go back and edit the posts so it'll be abit more organized. Looking back at it, I kinda just made the posts when I had time to search, without any real regard for organization.

Thanks Snake, that's why you're the boss! :D :D

Another thought, what makes it so sure PMC TFW wont go down/offline? Hehe!

Well we are not going anywhere. I'm hoping to see these pages online when we are at the retirement home sipping soup.

Snake,

I just spent some time getting together some info on Pakistan. Before I knew it I had a 12 page Word document! :) I edited one of the posts to kinda sumarize the stuff. I was thinking I would email you Word docs on each of the countries as I get them done. That way the info is "backed up" without cloggin the forum. Ooorrr...something I just thought of, why don't I start using that Yahoogroups! This is what its there for, eh! :) DOH! Don't know why I didn't think of that earlier.

Let me know if you want emails of this, too.
