Useful to anyone wanting to start a 512 (or even 1024?) project to upgrade the textures of the European theater. ( hint - don#t start it without having 4 guys learning about and working on textures) You would get all the help i can offer

Not sure if anyone has solved the co-ordinate system conversion problem yet though.

Are working with the russian data. The onions thingy is just not suited, because I can't convert it back to the E00 format ( yet). Can convert it to map.info(MIF/MID) and Auto cad.
Currently I use a proggy called Global Mapper, but I hope I get collected the funding for ArcInfo. Will report back than!

I will learn making textures, but I don't know much about it, but if you wanna learn me.
