F4AF Add Package - no weapons?

In F4AF I used the Add Package feature in campaign, this was in ODS but since we dont edit database this should work the same in any other theater, the distance was long and after the 4-ship F16 package reached target, nothing was destroyed. I was baffled that how 4 vipers can miss a bridge, then I checked the flight and munitions... and sure enough they just had AIM120's, AIM9's and droptanks, eh?

Why did the campaign engine (Add Package controlled by user) task a F16 against ground target with only droptanks and A2A weapons? Was it the long distance so it skipped A2G ordnance and replaced them with drop tanks?

Have anyone else had similar experiences with Add Package?

I haven't personally seen this problem with F-16s but I have personally seen it with the F-117s being tasked to missions without any ordnance at all.

Could this be tweaked through the database editing to adjust their values for different roles and such?

Have to be adjusted via F4Browse/LPBrowse I think but, yes, I believe it is possible.
