I add some parts and convert PumpyHead's superb Mig-19 into PLA J-6C farmer/mig-19SF variant. The fixed wing pylons also come from PH's Mig-19PF. The J-6C features are..
- dragchute housing/dragchute.
- fixed wing plyons for small rocket pod/bomb.
- Apart from wing slots for drop tank, additional two underwing slots for AAM rack/rail.
The J-6C is widely used in China/Pakistan and highly active in Indo-Pakistan war..China officially retires all J-6 in this June.

Can you send me your LODs? I will try to integrate some of them in MolnyFalcon. Likely I will need your help.

With your LOD theoretically is possible to simulate the relocation of SA-2/3. With F4B I could twek static SA-2 batteries that the moving is possible for them.

As I see in the Hawk ADS battalion the launcher have two different state when moves and a different where does not move. With your models this two state maybe can be defined somehow. If we can do this even integrating some of static LOD can improve the DB.

Falcon will ALWAY's give YOU (PLAYER) weapon's,as well, you will ALWAY's have SAM's to deal with.As long as these SA-2 units are in your .cam file.

What does this mean hardcoed for you? What featrues or things are we talking about?
I was able to change many things to AiM-9Ms and using only existing DB I could create a different missile.

In FF5.3 DB soemthing is wrong with Jaguar GR3. I was able to export the JAG from 5.5 and import to 5.3 therefore my guess is it is quite simple to change the LOD1 of something if it does not have moving or rotating parts.
As long as these SA-2 units are in your .cam file.
I'm able to edit cam and tac files with Tacedit. For many test I have to use Tacedit because since FF5.5 the TE battalions list is not as the old. Many battalions are missing that in previous version was available. For ex. SA-11/17.

Demer, can you help me to understand how the code handle mobile SAMs in campaign? In DB I can see different move tpyes for battalions but I don't know what is the difference bitter move type '2' or '3' value. SHORAD and mobile SAMs have '2' tanks and mech and other combat battalion have '3' and as I can remember '4'.

Just for test I changed some values and I was able to reach the SA-2 battalion or Hawk ADS battalion are able to move. Yes, it looked quite funny as SA-2 launchers slide on terrain. :)

(I did some test examining the effect of moving speed of battalion and vehicles.)

If we can use the ccc's SA-3 LOD - 4 missile on a T-55 chassis - at least one more (semi) moblie can be provided. Currently from WP vs. NATO era there are the SA-6, SA-4 and SA-11- The third one was not widely spreaded because its cost.

this pic shows a better way to load Sorbtsiya ECM pod.
It looks better than hanging under wingtip missile rails like AA-11.

A simple way to do this - in LE, move Sorbtsiya pod LODs upward -0.78 (Z value).
the pod is larger than missile rail, so the rail part won't be visible.

the most noticable feature on J-11B and J-15 is wingtip missile rails.
it's modified to carry PL-8.

the fan song radar model needs a fix - its radar disc/turning part faces left side of model, NOT the front side - so, when the radar tracking, the disc does not aim at its target.
i turn the DOF0 part 90 deg, flip left to right to fit real thing, and add DOF1 for disc/antenna elevation.
four variants are modeled, B-model is the one in falcon world.

PS- the old SA-2 missile lod is about 26.2ft in length(including booster).. the real ones ranging from 10.6-10.8m, about 35ft.
i tweaked SA-2 related lods to fit correct dimension.

A lot of ground vehicles/objects are not scaled right , I noticed this going over them . nice on Fan-song
