I think the reason they look as though they are flying... No ship's wake! Without the wake they just look like they are hovering! I believe this is due to the shot being a 'rendering' and not a true screenshot.....

Too bad all the LOMAC missiles are inert practice rounds (note the blue bands) - at least we use live ordnance in F4!

LOL

Yeah, i think it's everything wrong!
I mean, if the blue is present, there should be no yellow.
There are also some blue on the "rocket side", where anyhow there is no rocket!(Notice the GBU's)

Hope it's easy to fix that later.

Well, their warhead can go hot anytime...

Just wondring what kind of machine it takes to run it?!. But I guess everything is better optimized for todays computers.

We've been testing Flanker 2.51 in mp. Works real smooth and lag free. But when it gets more complicated... damn then I'll get impressed of what Falcon can do. :)

Not to compete with professional LOMAC team, I "borrowed" this pic to show what we have or havent. (sure, LOMAC will have more toys than the pic shown).

Red lebel: available in current or upcoming SP. items in the cut-off sides are all available too.

Yellow lebel: 3ds done, SS-N-9 and SS-N-12.

Spotted a bug. When I go to CCC unshowed picture and select properties. I get the URL for the picture. When I past that adress in an empty IE browser it finds the picture.
It's something in between that dosen't work as it should.

LOMAC added some new shots. Be sure to check F15 models and 3d pits.

Obviously they arrange the FOV of 3d pit similar to Flanker, closer to FCP, larger HUD space, readable details, and F15-specific avonics/symbolgoy.

their eagle 3d model is perfect. I do wonder what quality of 3d stuff FV can achieve to beat LOMAC. (sure, we've campaign!)

Also Projekt-1 posted F4E shots. Honestly that model is better, but ours is quite detailed that, i didnt feel any excitement as checking their metal-glaring su/mig or A4. Ripper do great job.

I read some time ago that Eric, will try to beat the modeling in FS2002. Read that on Frugal's forum. Also that a 3D program will be shiped in a special version (a'la pro version) a program that could be Gmax or at leats the same type of program.

LOMAC new shots!

cockpit, very nice F15 pit..
once LOMAC hit the shelves, the so-called "surprise effect" wont be that impressive on FV side.

3d models, almost perfect mig29.

Well, these pics look great. But, well, I can't forget Flanker2.5, which was a big disappointment. Grafixs and flightmodels were nice, but avionics were more in a arcade style than hardcore like.

If LOMAC is like Flanker, I won't buy it. If it will be close to F4, I will love it!

From what I've read from both Matt and Carl. Is that the avionics of the A-10 and F-15 would be "advanced" (then I don't know what level they are talking about). The avoinics of the russian models (SU-27 Mig-29 etc) would not include the same level as with the A-10 and F-15.

nice shots of "damaged model".
not sure if the damaged part is random, generic, or hit-site-specific.

sure F4 engine can't do hit site-specific effect but, painting on default textures could make some damage visuals..dunno if it deserve, unless you do crash landing, most damage models are removed from 3d world in seconds!
