CAn you apply HiRes tiles to ODS 512?

I am asuming you mean Tom2's Hitiles.
if that is the case, no you can't.
ODS uses its own specific tileset and is not compatible with Korea tilset.

if you mean the Hires texture patch wich I am also asuming ;), then yes.
that one makes M and L tile use same res as H tiles.
Mind however that ODS has 512 H tiles and having the M and L tiles use the same res may affect your fps considerably

Now i'm absolutley offended! This means Toms tiles even though restricted to 256 are nice than mine. I think i have to jump out of the window ! :p

Stay away from the Window KG, he doesnt know any better thats all ;) Hows process BTW? Any plans for an OIR compatible release? ;)
