Vietnam Airfields??? What?!?

Hi
i just installed the vietnam theatre and used theatre switch to switch to vietnam
...but i can seem to see any airfields other than two in the water...and those had a whole long list of squadrons??? Where's the land airfields like Da nang???

Could this be the 8x6 UI resolution problem? Check the Sp3 config (I think that's it) and make sure you have 1024x768 UI resolution selected.

after switching to 1024 resolution the airbases showed...
...just wondering...how come there are no f105 squadrons or gunship or helicopter squadrons?
