Tile questions

need help:

1. i tweak some tiles, then how to visualize them in sim? run tinstall again??

2. i note Vnam tiles didn't use full 256 colors in their palette. there are lots blank color left in palette.

3. could somebody point me to free terrain tiles, especially MSFS series, rice paddies style.
