Adding a new LOD Number (Allied Forces)

Hey guys,
As I posted before in the israeli campaign section I want to add a new 3D model to the Allied Forces database. I read the HowTo at the wiki but I was not able to create a new LOD via LodEditor.

Is it possible to add a new LOD# to the AF database or not?

If it's possible how can I do it?

I tried to replace a existing 3d model with the F16I one. At the 3d viewer I can see my model but the game is still useing the old one.
