XP user problem ID'd

I found that on Install of Falcon 4.0 w.SP3 that a lot of times 7 out of 9 anyway that on a fresh install the fonts for some files are incorrect, and that I have had to manually correct them example theater.l0, should have been THEATER.L0, or theater.l5, should be THEATER.L5, thus causing the failure of many of our betas to fail on install, to correct this, all theater files have worked best as upper case, or CAPS, anybody got any ideas as to possible cause, I sent this to microsoft also, seeing as how Service Pack 1, is also installed "Delta"
