WinXP Script on ini SP3 install

OK guys, I was having a problem installing ANY theater except Korea2005, I kept getting "no L2 Terrain" and then a hasty departure from install, well after a little testing here is what I came up with, If you have XPSP1 installed, it will alter your scripting, thus in my korea terrain, I found all files looking good, except L2 Terrain, IT WAS ALL LOWER CASE, so after renaming sad file, all was well, thus I had same problem with Vietnam Beta.....just a little side comment DAMN and DOUBLE DAMN, BALKANS is OUT______STANDING !
