The Theaters
Are all the theaters complete, tacan gps etc, I will not pay for a revamped theater of old that was not complete

All theaters have working TACAN in place, ATC comms are working as can be seen from video below:
GPS is unknown as I have never used it but I assume it is working since lat/lon coordinates are set. If its not it will be fixed as soon as someone reports it.
