Sky installer is not working

why isnt the sky installer working? the quoted text is what the install thingy shows when i try it

ERRROR: Data.pbo not found

press any key to kontinue....

whats up with that?(sorry if i misspelled something)

i try to install it manually... well... it dont work

As it says, it cannot find the resdtadata.pbo file in your OFP directory.

why the mod dont work???

what is a parameter? how do i configure it?
