Regarding helo sound. There are a few problems with helos and aircraft. Only one is a killer bug. Sound is too low inside many aircraft. Obviously we don't want it too high in certain types but in something like the Huey, it should be much higher. Sound outside the aircraft is too low. Right now I d...

None of the boats work right. Small VC boat has cargo anim problems, as does the green US on. Also, neither of the turrets can move on the US boats. Also, a muzzle flash bug ruins the gunner seat view. I didn't check the sampan with the sails. On a slightly related topic, what .wss editor do you guy...

Voice actors needed
I need some voice actors for my Vietnam mission, Pagan. Obviously they'll need to be American accents so if you can't do said accent well, then you won't be suitable. Please try to keep your mouth away from the mic when recording and do your best to eliminate echo. A sock around the mic usually does...

Your fuel truck should look like this M49A2C but obviously in Nam green colours.

It's a shame you say that. The Sahrani replica has by far the best mix of terrain, best feel, best usability. Currently most of the Nam islands don't work properly without causing crashes due to the high view distance bug. If I manage to complete all the work I'm doing with the building textures the...

Ok, I found this addon guys but it needs to be tweaked if we're going to use it. I gave it a test and found that a lot of the plants are just the same as they were. There are a lot of forest areas that have been replaced with Palms but not really enough to give it the proper feel. Also, the FPS is a...

The texture is the exact same one BIS used. All I did was change the colour. The following coloured sandbags are better than those above in my opinion and the top ones should really be discarded. Here's a close up pic. Please note that the bottom of the sandbag pile would look better if it was on a ...

Alright, I reskinned the BIS Sandbags. Well, I changed the colour. I think they could do with a little tweaking so they fit the island better. See what you think. They come from the BIS "misc" folder so I don't know how you guys could implement them. Make a not that the texture is also used for the ...

Looking good. A few of things. Could you spruce up the resolution on the UDT camo? Looks a bit blurred. SF guys didn't really wear their body armour or chicken plate. It was extremely bulky and most guys left them behind if they had them at all. The knife scabbard seems to be sunk into the guy's bod...

Those hats, whilst popular in Vietnam were not generally worn by VC in combat. They are the wrong shape. It was not unknown to see them on the enemy but more common hats were the tan and dark hats more akin to a fisherman's hat. http://www.vhpamuseum.org/badguys/images/mvc028f1.jpg Of course, not al...

Got some more for ya. The huey with the grenadelaunchers seems to just fire normal bullets from said launcher. I shoot them but they seems to just ping off the ground rather than actually exploding. The Vietnamese civilians now seem to be unarmed BIS soldiers for me. finally, for now, the big experi...

Ok, people have been asking about night viewing aids in Vietnam and many of you feel like you can't cope playing ArmA without something to give you that edge in the dark. Here's the info on Night Vision or NOD (Night Observation Device) in SEA. By the mid-1960's, scientists and engineers at Night Vi...

I thought I'd make a thread for my ideas. I'll try to make them attainable. No fully working FSB models with tunnels and all that crap. In the model aditing software, is it possible to shrink the VC/NVA? Right now the indigs and the like are way too ripped and tall. Would it be possible to shrink th...

Although it seems to be very popular to have realism you must remember that the AI soldiers enjoy firing on fully automatic. Having a mag vanich in seconds will cause "out of ammo" messages way too quickly. I know a lot of people just put a bunch of enemy in the editor and have a firefight with them...

Much as I'm flattered, I'm not actually in the team. I'm working on some missions using the mod but I don't want to be attatched to any mod teams. I don't have the time. I was playing around with the weapons and I've noted a few things. I can't seem to find the SF M16 looking thing with the M203. I know that's not the proper name but I'm sure you know what I mean. The M60 mags and the grenade bags for the Bloopers guys only take up one ammo slot. That might need a c...

I got another question. Do you guys plan on ceveloping the units so that setface works on them? If not can you tell me why it doesn't work and/or let me see if I can get it to work myself. Right now I'm busy creating missions. I have no config editing skills and it's the same for modelling. I've never made a multiplayer mission and to be honest I have no interest in that side of mission editing. You can DL and use the M113 skin. I love the mod. It's my favorite of all Flashpoint/ArmA mods. I understand that you guys must be really busy so I've decided to help out unofficially. Feel free to use what you want and discard the rest. So far I've done just one reskin for you. The M113 in your mod looked like a quick reskin so I d...

I understand that you guys have a lot to do. God knows making a mod like this is no small undertaking. I have a few questions. Do you plan to fix the floating trees and bushes on the maps? Do you plan to add original textures to maps, beaches, LZs etc? Will you review the terrible grass and Elephant...
