ok, If you had it setup right I guess code is missing from ships for missiles to show . I can't remember does guns or radar dish rotate on ships , I see some have dof's ? yes. the code does not support ship/visible missile on rack. I saw the campaign ended on Day 2 1840..a good start.
Simmers have very limited sorties to fly in a 2-day campaign..would you plan to extend the war time ?
Adjusting GU quantities or adding iran reinforcement should help.

GU needs good obj-linking(TacEdit work) and road path-tiling(terrainView work) to move. PMC mods may need old texture.zip and texture.bin.
