Did you try Barnes and nobel's out of print books section and Powells books?
I've had some success with them but the wait maybe long.

Even the F-16 was known as the lawn dart when it first flew. The F-105 was very rugged. If you pick up Colonel Broughton's other book "Going Downtown," he has pics of huge holes from 57mm and 37mm rounds and the wounded bird made it back. Those guys had some brass ones to fly through the fire storms...

I think it's really great when a combat veteran writes a book. To my knowledge we only have two air combat books written by F-105 pilots: Thud Ridge and Gene's Pak Six. A book written by someone that achieved the "100 mission patch" in the F-105, means this book will be have high value for aviation ...
