How do I creat an Island Icon

Hi, I am new at this, I made part of my Island in Wilbur and import it
into WrpTool,v0.9. Would like to make the Icon first without the object, but
I cannot seem to get the island into PaintShop Pro X by Corel (this is the only one I could fine). I tryed to save the Island I imported into wrp as  instructed but the only save option I have in wrp is OFP WORLD FILE (4WVR) and PaintShop Pro X will accept this island.

I need your help!!!
