When you use older Dem2terrain to create your terrain files, it creates the TDF's like this:
Code: Select all
CITY 5 1173,1521 1174,1522 1173,1523 1173,1522 1173,1521
CITY 6 1165,1519 1167,1521 1167,1521 1165,1521 1165,1520 1165,1519
CITY 11 1184,1511 1185,1512 1185,1513 1183,1514 1183,1514 1182,1513
CITY 7 899,1502 899,1502 900,1503 900,1504 898,1504 898,1502 899,1502
CITY 6 1109,1490 1109,1490 1109,1490 1109,1490 1108,1490 1109,1490
But latest Dem2terrain v1.9 writes the TDF files like this:
Code: Select all
CITY 5 1173,1521 1174,1522 1173,1523 1173,1522 1173,1521 0
CITY 6 1165,1519 1167,1521 1167,1521 1165,1521 1165,1520 1165,1519 0
CITY 11 1184,1511 1185,1512 1185,1513 1183,1514 1183,1514 1182,1513 0
CITY 7 899,1502 899,1502 900,1503 900,1504 898,1504 898,1502 899,1502 0
CITY 6 1109,1490 1109,1490 1109,1490 1109,1490 1108,1490 1109,1490 0
You get no problems if you use Dem2terrain v1.9 AND CATE v4.17.
If you don't want to re create your Dem2terrain files, then simply use EditPadPro to edit the old TDF files. Open the search and replace box, tick regular expression and for the search box put:
