Programming request for a script

Hello!
I need a script that extracts the data from a number of files in the obejcts folder. I'm currently interested in the falcon4.ucd and falcon4.vcd files but the others are of inteest, too.
The reason for having an ascii "dump file" with comma seperated data is that it can be imported into a tablet in Excel, where the data can be reviewed, edited, sorted and compared quickly. This importing of text files will save hours long of manually copying the data from F4Browse into an Excel tablet. I started to make such a tablet for the aircrafts and only a few data; it is a timeconsuming process.
Therefore I make this plea to the coding-able members to tackle this project in whatever language they wish, preferable a language like Perl that is easily executable on any computer.
I spend the last 1.5 days on this without success and now hope that somebody can make this possible.
