Help building a TE

Ok, I need help. I made a TE and with TacEdit I added a russian carrier and a Su33 squad. But I cannot assign flights to that squad, as falcon does not recognize it as a valid one. I can do it with F18 squads, tomcats and older planes.

My question is: which flag should I change in the Su33 entry to make the game recognize it?

Second one: will those new planes be visible in the TE editor?
