Impossible Carrier Landing

Hey guys I'm having troubles with carrier landings.The plane just passes through the deck(!) and crashes onto the sea.What is wrong?

For sp3: there's a coupla things - first try with vehicle magnification set to 1 and smart scaling turned off. Can't remember which its called.

I think it can be done with smart-scaling on, but vehicle mag at 1, but best bet is to turn it off at first.
